Ingredients

  • 1 ozgin
  • 1 dashcointreau
  • 4 ozgrapefruit juice
  • lightly beaten egg white
  • caster sugar

Instructions

    Frost the rim of an old-fashioned glass by dipping it into egg white and pressing it into the sugar.

    Add teh remaining ingredients, including the egg white and some ice cubes, into a cocktail shaker.

    Shake well, then pour into the prepared glass.
