Ingredients

  • 1 ozGin
  • 1citrus tea bag
  • 4 ozTonic Water

Instructions

    Place the gin and citrus tea bag in a collins glass and leave to infuse for 2 minutes.

    Remove the tea bag, fill the glass with ice cubes and top up with 4 measures of tonic water.

    Stir, then garnish with a lime or orange wedge.
