Ingredients

  • 1 ozgin
  • 3 tspcamomile tea syrup
  • 3 tsplemon juice
  • 2 dashpeach bitters
  • 4 ozChampagne(to top)

Instructions

    Add all the ingredients except the Champagne to a cocktail shaker and shake and strain into a flute glass.

    Top up with 4 measures chilled Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
