Ingredients

  • 1 ozGin
  • 0.5 ozLemon Juice
  • 0.5 ozSimple Syrup
  • 2 dropAbsinthe(or pernod)
  • 5 cubeHoneydew Melon
  • Prosecco(to top)
  • Lemon & Rosemary(to garnish)

Instructions

    Add all the ingredients except the Prosecco to a blender or food processor and blend with 5 cubes of ice.

    Pour into a chilled wine glass, top with chilled Prosecco and garnish with a lemon twist and a sprig of rosemary.
